Welcome to the Pink Wave Festival on Lake Woethersee, Austria!

Events in large cities have become fixtures in the annual GLBT (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and
Transgender) season calendar. But they are often „repeat performances,“ held year after year
in the same old, anonymous city settings. And they often include the same old activities – like
marching in parades for the entertainment of curious spectators. You’ve seen it.
You’ve done it. 

It is time to get off the beaten track with the addition of a new GLBT Community Event – held
in a gorgeous, quaint vacation destination, which is conveniently located in the heart of Europe.
